Talent is overrated.

Good strategies can be useful but without the life blood of passion pumping through your veins you can appear cold and calculated.

People often talk about the importance of confidence in start-up businesses or in artistic endeavors, BUT confidence is a very tricky thing especially when you don’t have any.

But don’t worry.

The good news is you don’t need confidence to succeed, you simply need passion and excitement.

Passion comes from knowing and critiquing your “business” from every angle; excitement comes from falling in love with the story you are in the middle of telling.

Don’t be afraid of passion, don’t try and control or dampen your enthusiasm… these are your two greatest weapons.
