This of course is a lie; I’ve been using the emails in my spam box to provide me with blogging inspiration.

It’s interesting the fascination that we have for fast money. I know what it likes to be poor and not to have much, and the lure of easy money can be very tempting indeed.

I’m not sure that they are advertising “fast money” as much as they are offering “free happiness;” in our minds we’ve already made the correlation that money will make or lives instantly happier.

Money won’t but security will.

I think that is the difference between straight out greed and every day desperation… the genuine need for security versus the straight out desire for opulence.

As artists and creatives we desperately need security to reach our potential BUT opulence will most likely fight for control of your soul.

These are cracking me up Geoff! And sometimes how close you come to how I think about some things is eerie! Fear of losing “stuff” or position or something in the future like retirement is so unattractive when you are considering one’s human spirit. Those who are free and don’t believe that security exists are a joy to behold!
