There is magic in the mundane.

You may not see it with your physical eyes BUT if you use your imagination you will find it.

Most of life is mundane so if you can’t find the magic in it THEN you are in for a boring old time.

There are so many different ways to approach the repetitive tasks that lie in our paths everyday.

Why are you doing them the same old way?

It’s time to have some fun, the imagination grows most not in the superlative but in the mundane… it’s forced too.

Look for a new conversation, a deeper understanding, a unique perspective or a different angle on life… all these are found while partaking in the mundane.

    “A unique perspective” sums it all up. This and your post about day
    jobs are super important… I think all too often people are spending
    all their time pissed off and mad about their situation or bored by some
    pedestrian thing they’re doing and they’re missing inspiration, ideas,
    and material all around them. Paul Simon was inspired to write “Mother and Child Reunion” when he was served an omelet with
    chicken in it. He wasn’t necessarily looking to write a song, he just
    wanted a meal, but he saw enough irony and had unique enough perspective
    on his surroundings to get a song idea. There’s a whole world going on
    around us, and it’s a world of ideas
