I had taken my complaint of physical abuse to personnel several times. For some reason, the WOMAN in charge of employees never believed that a woman striking a woman was a problem. To make matters worse, the other person involved even addmitted her guilt to me. “Why did you shove me?” “Because you were moving too slow.”

I had to resign, not only because of lack of management, but also because of self preservation. For a long time, I could trust no one, male or female. I didn’t even look for employment for almost a year.
