Try & establish a routine that will work where ever you are.
Exercise before work, it wakes you up and makes you feel like your day is already productive.
Book in some social time and some relaxation as a reward.
If you don’t make any plans then you plan to do nothing, so plan your next week on a Friday afternoon or a Saturday morning and then plan each day the night before.
Set mini-goals and work to achieve them.
Refuse to believe that being creative means you can’t be organized that is dribble.
If you have a difficult phone call to make, and you are worried you might procrastinate (we all do) then ask a friend to call you at the end of the day and see if you dialed that number.
